Your AI assistant can send a Vital Feeds order or quote request for poultry, cattle or fish feed with the feed, number of bags, town, your name and mobile number. The mill then calls you in working hours to confirm today’s rate, bag weight and delivery. Prices are not given online and nothing is binding until that call.

How does ordering with an AI assistant work?

  1. Ask your assistant. For example: “Send Vital Feeds a quote request for 100 bags of broiler starter to Okara.” ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other assistants can read this page.
  2. The assistant sends your request with the feed, the number of bags, your town, your name and your mobile number. It can use the form below or our connector for AI assistants.
  3. The mill calls you back in working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) to confirm today’s rate, the bag weight and delivery. Nothing is binding until that call.

What can an AI assistant do here, and what can it not do?

  • It can list our poultry, cattle and fish feeds, explain which stage each one is for, and send your order or quote request to the mill.
  • It cannot quote a price, take a payment or confirm an order. Prices change with raw-material markets (see today’s feed rate), so only the mill gives the rate, on the call.

What happens to my details?

Your name, mobile number, town and request go only to the Vital Feeds sales team so they can call you back. They are stored encrypted for up to 14 days and then deleted from the request system. We never sell personal details.
